
RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION
“EMBRELLAS 70” LTD undertakes to ensure the use of services requested and paid by the customer for a direct online booking, in their full quantity and quality according to the data provided by the customer through the booking form for: customer name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.
The field “Additional information” in the reservation form is not a mandatory field for “EMBRELLAS 70” LTD and all customer wishes filled in the field in question will be satisfied if possible.
Upon a successful booking, a booking confirmation is sent by e-mail, which provides all the details of the reservation, including the price of the reservation and how to cancel the reservation.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website of “EMBRELLAS 70” LTD are in BGN, including VAT, tourist tax and insurance. For visual and information purposes only, the amount may be displayed in other currencies upon booking. The total amount due by the client is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children and the current price offer for the period.
When making online reservations, it is necessary to pay the amount declared as a deposit in the booking form and in the booking confirmation of the total amount of the reservation at the time of the booking, by debit / credit card or by bank transfer, where applicable.
In case of incorrectly filled in details on your part, we inform you that “EMBRELLAS 70” LTD. reserves the right to request additional payment.
“EMBRELLAS 70” LTD. reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website depending on the market demand and availabilities. In case of already made, confirmed and paid reservations the amount due does not change, regardless of the submitted new price offers.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS
In case of cancellation, no-show or amendment of already paid online reservation by the client “EMBRELLAS 70” LTD refunds the amount paid upon request, charging the appropriate penalty announced in the cancellation policy announced at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation sent by e-mail: reservation@oldlegends.bg
Upon refund of the amount paid, all transfer costs (bank fees, etc.) are at the expense of the client. Refunds due to cancellation are made within a 30-day period depending on the method of payment, the amounts are refunded only for the payment instrument from which they were received. Your card details are used only by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.
TYPES OF PAYMENTS
Payment can be made in 3 different ways:
1. Electronically by debit or credit card (service to be activated)
We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, Master Card, Master Card Electronic or Maestro cards. When choosing this method of payment, a payment page of our servicing bank (UBB AD) opens, where you enter the data on your card. If you are registered in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your Issuer Bank opens, where you enter your authentication password. Upon successful transaction, a transaction note is displayed on the screen, which you print or save.
Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.
To prevent you from abusing your Visa or MasterCard payment, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organizations:
• Security when entering and transferring card data is provided by using the SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.
• The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).
• In addition, to identify you as a cardholder, the payment server for e-commerce of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, in case you are registered to use them.
At the time of online booking, the mentioned amounts will be automatically withdrawn from your card at the end of the payment process.
For security reasons, the maximum amount for payment by card is BGN 10,000.
2. By bank transfer
Payment of the specified amount must be made no later than the time specified after booking. After making the payment, it is recommended to send a copy of the payment document to reservation@oldlegends.bg and it is obligatory to enter the reservation number as the reason for payment.
3. In cash, at the reception of Hotel Old Legends
For reservations with the starting date of accommodation in the next 3 days it is recommended
to choose payment in cash at the reception to speed up the process of processing the reservation.
IMPORTANT!
If the online reservation is not paid within the specified period and a copy of the payment document is not sent when paying by bank, your reservation will be automatically cancelled by the reservation system.
In case you are prevented from paying the amount for an online reservation, please let us know by e-mail: reservation@oldlegends.bg. Failure to comply with this condition “EMBRELLAS 70” LTD has the right to seek liability and penalties for made and unpaid reservations.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising in connection with the performance, interpretation or operation of these General Terms and Conditions and the POS Terminal Contract shall be settled by negotiation and, in the event of disagreement, by the competent Bulgarian court. Where the Bank fails to decide on a Customer’s complaint within the statutory time limit, and where the decision does not satisfy the Customer, the disputes may also be referred to the Conciliation Commission for Payment Disputes. The Conciliation Commission for Payment Disputes of the Commission for Consumer Protection is an alternative dispute resolution body for domestic and cross-border disputes between payment service providers and payment service users in relation to the application of the PSPA, its implementing subordinate legislation, Regulation (EC) No 924/2009, Regulation (EU) No 260/2012 and Regulation (EU) 2015/751. Conciliation proceedings shall be initiated by an application to the Commission. The application shall be submitted in writing, as well as by e-mail or online via the website of the Commission for Consumer Protection. The requirements for the application referred to in the preceding sentence, the conditions and procedure for the initiation and termination of conciliation proceedings and for the examination and resolution of disputes within the competence of the Commission, as well as the maximum monetary threshold for disputes shall be determined by regulations approved by the Governor of the Bulgarian National Bank. The regulations shall be promulgated in the Official Gazette. The Conciliation Commission for Payment Disputes shall provide the payment service user, upon request, with information on the conciliation procedure on a durable medium. Proceedings before the Commission shall not be a prerequisite for bringing an action before the courts.
